It's not that we're jealous of the rest of the world's abilities to lay their cash down for some <a

href="http://www.engadget.com/2012/05/03/samsung-galaxy-s-iii-us-sign-up-page/">summer</a>, but yes -- we're jealous the rest of the world already has the option of choosing <a
